These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PepKit application and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Not medical advice
PepKit is an educational reference and personal organizational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information in the reference library is educational only. Calculations are provided as a convenience and may contain errors — always verify independently. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol. You are solely responsible for your health decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed to your store account. Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the respective app store.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose. PepKit does not sell, supply, or facilitate the sale or supply of any substance.
Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding data you create) are owned by PepKit and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Content you create remains yours.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on information or calculations from the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
